The Web Store has introduced a new currency called Mars Credits, which you can use on any purchase that would normally use cash such as in-game packs! Mars Credits are usable independently or in combination with Ticket items to obtain in-game packs. However, you can not use Mars Credits to purchase more Mars Credit packs.

In addition to providing extra Mars Credits on all purchases, the Web Store has special First Time Buyer Offers available - don’t miss out on these if you haven’t taken advantage of them yet! There’s also a special Daily Gift available through the Web Store, so make sure you visit the site every day to claim it! 

How to Get Mars Credits

• Log in: Log into the Marsaction Web Portal by connecting your UID. This is necessary to ensure your purchased Mars Credits are delivered to the correct account. 
  • How to find your UID: Tap the Avatar profile icon in the top left corner > Player Info > UID is located in the bottom left corner.

• Daily Gifts: Return to the Web Portal everyday to claim your FREE DAILY GIFT!

• Store: Take advantage of special promotions by purchasing items in the Mars Credit Vault and Value Bundles!

• Select the Item you wish to purchase, then follow the instructions to complete your payment.

How to Use Mars Credits

• The Mars Credits will be displayed and stocked in your in-game Inventory (Item > Others) after they are delivered to your account.

• After you select the in-game pack you want to purchase in Marsaction: Infinite Ambition, a pop-up message will appear, asking if you wish to use Mars Credits instead of real-world currency.

• After you tap the “Use MC” Button, you can purchase the pack with Mars Credits.

How often will the store be updated?

There is no set cadence on how often the store will be updated. Be sure to visit regularly to stay informed about the latest promotions.

How long will it take for purchases to appear in my account?

In most cases, purchases are delivered to your in-game account within minutes. On rare occasions, there may be a slight delay.

I made a purchase and it has not been delivered. What should I do?

If your purchase hasn't been delivered to your account, please contact the Marsaction customer support team for further assistance.

If I purchase a bunch of Mars Credits at a time, can I use them in multiple purchases? 

Yes. They can be used for multiple, separate purchases. 

Do I need to use all my Mars Credits at the same time? 

No. You can maintain any balance of Mars Credits on your account without them expiring.

Will my Mars Credits expire?

Your Mars Credits are non-expiring, ensuring their validity for an indefinite period.

Are the Discounts and Free Gifts on the Web Store permanent?

While we will consistently evaluate Web Store offers to ensure we’re providing you with the best value, all Free Gifts, Discounts, and Pricing is subject to change.

Is there a limit to how many purchases can be made on the Web Store?

Some items may have a maximum limit that will be listed on the specific item for purchase. Otherwise, you can make as many purchases as you would like on the Web Store.
